>   Our handicraft prices are negotiable and we guarantee lowest price. Therefore, if you can prove that you can get a lower price from another wholesaler... then we will beat that published price

>   We have special product price for order more than US$10,000.00 / full container (20 ft or 40 ft).

Conditions

>   Not in our Catalog? Tell us what you're looking for with a description of the items you desire (photos if possible), and we will find it for you.

>   Once your order is confirmed, and the deposit is completed - no cancellation is allowed. However in the case of order cancellations, deposit is non refundable.

>   We will not ship the order before receiving the complete payment (either 50% or 100% of the total cost of order as stated above).

>   We manufacture, export and wholesale handicrafts. However, we can often accommodate your orders for items not shown in our catalog. If you'd like us to act as your buying agents here in Bali, we can probably get better prices (and quality) than you could find on your own.

>   Website quotes are NOT ORDERS. Orders will only be processed once a final written pro-forma invoice is sent to you by apasifik.com and appropriate deposits have been paid by Telex Transfer

>   As our products are hand made and made to order, the processing time and shape of individual products may vary depend on the item and order quantities.

>   We require approximately 1-3 week to prepare your order before they are ready to be shipped. It depends on what kind of item and quantity. For handicraft items in our catalog the processing time is very fast , usually within two week. A full 20ft or 40ft container (for items in stock) will take approximately 20 - 30 days for all products including packing. For any products which not in stock and custom items we will give you a response via e-mail with the estimated processing time for your consideration.

Refund :
When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.
